Meetings

Wargrave Parish Council's meetings are usually held in the Woodclyffe Hall, in Wargrave commencing at 7.45 p.m. and Members of the Public are welcome to attend all public meetings. The Full Council has a usual meeting cycle of every four weeks, as does the Planning & Environment Committee. Other Council Committees generally meet on a six to eight week cycle. All meetings are held on a Monday evening except in cases of a Bank Holiday when the meeting is moved to the Tuesday.

Every Full Council meeting has an Open Session agenda item where local residents can pose questions to the Council. Whilst it is not essential to notify the Council of a question's content beforehand, it is advisable as it enables the appropriate information to be made available at the meeting.
